50 to 49. All reps against, all dems for, except for 4 up for reelection next year in red states. Probably the most contention was among the dems to see who could vote against it so they could lie to their constituents without actually being against it. Dems didn't get their tax and spend reputation from nothing. BTW this is a TRILLION dollar tax increase with puny spending cuts.
