Is President Trump Doing Management Wrong? | Scott Adams' Blog

"I made the mistake of turning on CNN yesterday and saw all the hypnotized pundits trying to work the secret persuasion word “chaos” into every comment about President Trump. That’s your tell that none of the pundits are offering independent opinions. They are part of the hive mind led by some uncredited persuader on their side. Someone told them to say “chaos” a lot, and so they do. This might signal the return of Godzilla. Reminds me of “dark,” their hive-mind word for the summer of 2016. ..."

The Blueberry/Waffle Optimal Distribution Study.

The Blueberry/Waffle Optimal Distribution Study.

The goal is to find the proper blueberry density per waffle.

This study was done using a Proctor Silex round waffle maker with homemade waffle batter.

Pre Conclusion: It was not considered wise to mix the blueberries in the batter because they, being a friendly berry, tend to clump together preventing any possibility of even distribution and would get crushed preventing the proper baking of the waffle in that area and who wants that.

Once the waffle was baked according to convention and placed on the plate a single blueberry was placed in each pocket. This presented the first problem because the waffles are round and while the full sized pockets in the center of the waffle were perfect for a berry, the triangle shaped pockets around the periphery would only accommodate smaller berries and even at that the short walls of the pockets tended to let the berry exit the pocket during the fork lift to the mouth. The resulting effect was to have an excess of waffel per berry.

Further tests need to be done using square waffles.

47.9%: Obama Had Lower Average Approval Rating Than Nixon or Bush

47.9%: Obama Had Lower Average Approval Rating Than Nixon or Bush(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama had an average approval rating of 47.9 percent during his time in office, according to the Gallup poll.
That puts him behind Richard Nixon, who resigned, and George W. Bush, who saw his approval rating drop as low as 25 percent near the end of his term.
It puts him ahead of only Gerald Ford (47.2 percent), Jimmy Carter (45.5 percent) and Harry Truman (45.4 percent).
Gallup, in an analysis released Friday, published the average approval rating for all twelve presidents who have served since World War II. ...

Spicer rips media's Trump coverage (Full remarks)

The media sucks. They don't represent the truth and revel in the lies they spread and the divisions they create in the country. The media is anti-American and is trying to bring our country down! I really like the way Trump is calling them out for what they are... liers!

Democrats: Left in the Lurch - NBC News

Democrats: Left in the Lurch - NBC News

It could get a lot worse too...
"When President-elect Donald Trump replaces Barack Obama on January 20, the Democratic Party will find itself more removed from power than at almost any point since the party’s creation.
Scorned by the same voters who once embraced the New Deal, built the Great Society, and put their hope in the nation’s first black president, Democrats are now locked out of power in Washington and out of two-thirds of state legislative chambers across the country.
Simply put, Democrats’ once vaunted coalition of the ascendant — younger, multiethnic, educated, and urban — failed them in 2016, and in 2014 and 2010 before that. That coalition proved to have major handicaps, part demographic and part geographic, that have been hollowing out the party for years." ...
They should have seen this coming... They need new leaders, not the same old same old.

The Media Covered Trump -- Without Listening to Him or His Voters

A bit of insight into how the media works. Not surprising to anyone, who like me, doesn't trust them. But if you're on the left this will help you understand his win.

U.S. Small-Business Optimism Index Surges by Most Since 1980 - Bloomberg

U.S. Small-Business Optimism Index Surges by Most Since 1980 - Bloomberg
If this doesn't say something about Democrats to you then you're just not paying attention. Since the election optimism across the board has been high. None of that would have happened if HRC had been elected. If all my life no Democrat since Kennedy has done this. In short, Democrats in charge are bad for the country.

Monday, January 9, 2017

Democrats are an emotional lot who don't lose well... or quietly.

The Loyal Opposition...

It is the job of the loyal opposition to oppose the majority. After all that's what their voters voted for. I said this about the Republicans when they opposed Obama and I say this about Democrats when they oppose Trump. This is the way it works. The winners get to do what they promised their voters and the losers get to oppose it. So yell and scream, make a lot of noise and hope you can turns things around in two years. But do understand that this is how our system works and so far we've done pretty well under it. It's not perfect I know but it gets the job done.

Post-Election Analysis

We hear a cacophony of blaring and bleating from the media and the Hillary gaggle that she won the popular vote and therefore she should be president, 60,839,497 to 60,265,847. 47.8% to 47,3% with the remaining 4.9% going to the other candidates.
But here are the facts: Trump won the popular vote in 31 states to her 19 and DC. 62% to her 38%.
Trump led in the total popular vote for all states except California.
Hillary won California 5,860,714 to Trump’s 3,151,821. 61.6% to 33.1% exclusive of the other candidates.
Thus California gave Hillary the popular vote for all states as claimed by the Democrats and their media stooges.
But deduct her California vote from her national vote leaving her with 54,978,783, and deduct Trump’s California vote from his national total, leaving him with 57,113.976, he wins in a landslide in the other 49 states, 51.3% to her 48.7%.
So, in effect, Hillary was elected president of California and Trump was elected president of the rest of the country by a substantial margin.
This exemplifies the wisdom of the Electoral College, to prevent the vote of any one populace state from overriding the vote of the others. Trump’s Campaign Manager, Kelly Anne Conway, whose expertise is polling, saw this early on and devised her strategy of “6 pathways to the White House”.
This meant ignoring California with its huge Democrat majority and going after the states that would give him the necessary electoral votes to win, FL, NC, MI, PA, OH, and WI.
At its lowest point since the civil war! Could this mean the end of the Democrat Party? When the afternoon of January 20, 2017 arrives, the Republican Party will have:
1) The Presidency.
2) A majority of the House of Representatives.
3) A majority of the Senate.
4) Almost two-thirds of all the governorships.
5) Total control of the state houses in almost two-thirds of all the states.
And in the near future, Republicans will be able to add:
6) A majority of the Supreme Court.
The above has never happened before in American history.
Think about that and let it sink in for a moment. And it's all because of one reason: Barack Obama's forcing his extreme far-left agenda on an unwilling country by executive orders, left wing judges, and obsequious bureaucrats.
----------------------------- ------------------------------ -------------
It's important to pass this on. With the demand that we do away with the Electoral College and take the popular vote being pushed by the media, etc., all Americans need to know that the Electoral College is working exactly as our Founding Fathers intended.
