According to former Democrat Gov. Ed Rendell who thinks Hillary will get the, "ugly woman" vote while Trump will get the, "attractive women" vote. He thinks that Hillary will win because “there are probably more ugly women in America than attractive women.”
I think all high level politicians such as the Governor are intelligent but often they are just not very smart.
