Yeah, it's about Gruber. A man like no other in recent history so completely hoisted by his own petard. His career in politics is over. No one will ever hire him again!
A petard BTW, was, back in olden times, a small explosive device that was very unstable and often blew the person up who was trying to plant it in his enemies location. Hosted in those times referred to being blown up. Often used these days to describe politicians predilection for making fools of themselves when trying to do the same to their opponents. I think we can all agree that pols are very good at making fools of themselves... Sadly, usually at our expense.
